Prohibited content
You may not publish, link to, or distribute through RuleSell: malware, ransomware, droppers, keyloggers, or remote-access trojans; content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, or patents; sexual content involving minors (CSAM); content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide; content that targets people based on protected characteristics with hatred or harassment; spam, scraped data, or content that exists primarily to manipulate search rankings; live credentials, API keys, tokens, or cryptographic secrets; instructions for the construction of weapons capable of mass harm; content that violates the law of the user's jurisdiction or our own.
Prohibited behaviour
You may not: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of RuleSell or any connected system without prior written permission; use automated systems to exceed published rate limits; impersonate another person, team, or organisation; sell, transfer, or rent your account; circumvent geographic, age, or content restrictions; misrepresent the licence, authorship, or quality of an item; submit fake reviews or coordinate review brigading.
Consequences
Where we identify a breach we may, depending on severity, issue a warning, demote a listing, unpublish an item, suspend or terminate an account, withhold pending payouts, refer the matter to law enforcement, and/or seek injunctive relief. Where we act we provide a Statement of Reasons (DSA Art. 17) explaining the legal basis, the facts relied on, and the available appeal route.
How to report a breach
Use the Report button on the offending listing, review, or profile, or visit /report. We confirm receipt and act without undue delay (DSA Art. 16). Reporters acting in good faith are protected from retaliation.
