Ten production-grade Claude Code hook presets for `~/.claude/settings.json` or a plugin's `hooks/` directory. Covers all nine public hook events: PreToolUse, PostToolUse, UserPromptSubmit, Stop, SubagentStop, SessionStart, SessionEnd, PreCompact, Notification. Each hook wraps with `timeout`, reads `tool_input` from stdin JSON (not just `CLAUDE_FILE_PATH`, which breaks in 2.1.x+), uses the correct exit code semantics (0 allow, 2 block with stderr feedback), and is idempotent. Based on the official hook reference, the anthropics/claude-code plugin-dev skill, and bugs filed in issues #13744, #24327, #19009, #40580.
