Notice

This is a placeholder template prepared for product review. Final legal text must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch. It does not constitute legal advice.

RuleSell is committed to being usable by everyone, regardless of disability or assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and with the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 where applicable.

Conformance target

WCAG 2.2 Level AA across all public pages, the dashboard, the publishing wizard, and all dialogs. Our colour contrast tokens meet the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for non-text UI. Every interactive element has a visible focus state, an accessible name, and works without a mouse.

How we test

We run automated accessibility audits with Lighthouse and axe-core in CI. We carry out manual keyboard sweeps before every release. Every dialog and form is verified with screen readers (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS). New pages must meet the same gates before merging.

Known issues

We are honest about gaps. Current items: (1) the Quality bar animation does not yet announce intermediate values to screen readers; we play the final value only. (2) Some long-form legal pages do not yet have a localised reading-time indicator. (3) The publishing wizard's variant editor is keyboard navigable but the drag-to-reorder affordance is mouse-only; a keyboard equivalent is in progress.

How to report a barrier

If something on RuleSell is hard or impossible to use with your assistive technology, please email accessibility@rulesell.example or use the Report button on the affected page. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to resolve substantive issues within 30 days. Where a fix takes longer we offer an alternative way of accessing the same information.

Alternative formats

Plain-text versions of every legal page are available on request. The marketplace catalog is available at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt for agent-readable consumption.

Microenterprise exemption

RuleSell currently meets the European Accessibility Act microenterprise threshold (Directive 2019/882, Art. 4(5)). The exemption applies to certain service-provision obligations but not to the underlying accessibility expectations. We commit to WCAG 2.2 AA voluntarily and will update this section if our headcount or turnover crosses the threshold.
