Methodology

Counts are deduplicated by content ID. "Notices received" includes both Trusted Flagger reports and ordinary user reports. "Complaints" count challenges to content moderation decisions via the internal complaint system. "Appeals" count cases that completed the full Statement-of-Reasons → in-product appeal cycle. Median processing times are calculated per category over the reporting period.
